This article provides a list of frequently asked questions (FAQ) for Wonderland IoT and their answers.

I don't see my tracker location, what to do?

If you cannot see your tracker’s location, please follow these steps:

  • First, make sure the correct device is selected. Then check whether raw data is being received and displayed in the data table. Also, verify that the time slider is set to a period when the device has recorded data.
  • Next, check the status of the cache files. To do this, select the device, open its properties, and click on the Refresh Command. This will show whether the cache data is up to date and help identify any synchronization issues, as illustrated in the screenshot below. [image]

What if I register more devices than contained in my plan?

The current subscription can be upgraded to the Prototype, Professional, or Enterprise plans through the Settings panel in the IoT Wonderland platform.

How do I forward my tracker data to IoT Wonderland?

If your tracker is registered with TTN (The Things Network), the procedure for connecting it and forwarding its data to IoT Wonderland is described at the following link.

How do I connect my LoRaWAN device?

The LoRaWAN device can be added to IoT Wonderland by clicking the “+” (Add) button and selecting the appropriate LoRaWAN provider, as shown in the screenshot below: [image]
